Youth Link Care-A-Van 2011

Our Youth Link Apprentices, on April 29, 2011 were afforded a community outreach opportunity where they interacted with the young and the elderly. The group which was divided in two visited the children of the Guyana Red Cross Convalescent Home and the residents of Uncle Eddie's Home for the Elderly and were thankful for the opportunity to interact with these differently able persons. 

In preparation for the outreach, the Apprentices were exposed to a session on Disability Awareness which was facilitated by Officers of the Guyana Red Cross.
