- Contact your branch (in person, by telephone, fax, or email)
- Provide the staff member with the details of your complaint: dates, account numbers, etc.
- Agree to a mutually accepted timeframe to have the issue resolved to your satisfaction
- If NOT satisfied, speak to the Branch Manager who will provide further assistance
