1. Eligibility for Promotions:

1. The Republic Bank “Ways To Win” Promotion (the “Contest”) will take place between August 2 and August 22, 2022. Participants must be eighteen years old as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of Guyana and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Republic Bank Limited (“the Sponsor”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Additionally, the employees of the Sponsor’s respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. The Republic Bank “Game Prediction” Promotion (the “Game”) will take place between September 3 and September 30, 2022. Participants must be eighteen years old as of the date of entry. The Game is only open to legal residents of Guyana and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Republic Bank Limited (“the Sponsor”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Game. Additionally, the employees of the Sponsor’s respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Game.

2. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway, participants automatically agree to be fully, unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) and represent and warrant that they individually meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, participants agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway. Use of fraudulent methods or any attempt to circumvent the Rules may result in ineligibility and removal of the submission, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

3. Contest Period:

1. The Ways to Win Contest will run from August 2, 2022 and entries must be submitted by August 22, 2022.. The Contest will consist of three (3) Grand Final Prizes (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
2. The Game Predictions will run from September 3, 2022 and entries must be submitted before the game begins. The Game will consist of ten (10) winners.

4. How to Enter:

1. Participants for the Ways to Win Contest are required to Follow and Like the Republic Bank page on Facebook and Instagram. In addition, the participant must carry out any one (1) of the following “Ways To Win” actions by August 22, 2022, in order to qualify:
   1. Apply for a Make It Happen Loan
   2. Apply for a Commercial Loan
   3. Sign Up for RepublicOnline
2. Participants for the Game Predictions are required to post on the Republic Bank page and predict the winners for the following games in order to qualify for the draw:
   1. Jamaica Tallawahs vs Guyana Amazon Warriors – 10am
   2. St Kitts Nevis Patriots vs Guyana Amazon Warriors – 7pm
   3. Guyana Amazon Warriors vs St Kitts Nevis Patriots – 10am
   4. St Lucia Kings vs Guyana Amazon Warriors – 7pm
   5. Trinbago Knight Riders vs Guyana Amazon Warriors – 7pm
   6. Barbados Royals vs Guyana Amazon Warriors – 10am
   7. Guyana Amazon Warriors vs Jamaica Tallawahs – 7pm
   8. Guyana Amazon Warriors vs St Lucia Kings – 7pm
   9. Guyana Amazon Warriors vs Trinbago Knight Riders – 7pm
   10. Guyana Amazon Warriors vs Barbados Royals – 7pm

The entry must fulfil all the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway requirements as specified herein to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Republic Bank Limited.

5. Prizes:

1. The winners of the Ways to Win Contest will be selected randomly by the Sponsor and will be presented with the following prizes:
   1. 1st Prize - Tickets for the winner and 3 friends to a Guyana Amazon Warrior game. Plus, a Cooler Bag with drinks.
   2. 2nd Prize - Tickets for the winner and 3 friends to a Guyana Amazon Warrior game.
   3. 3rd Prize - Tickets for you and a friend to a Guyana Amazon Warrior game.
2. The winners of the Game Prediction will be selected randomly by the Sponsor and will be presented with a ticket to one (1) of the following games for the winner and a plus one:
   1. Guyana Amazon Warriors vs Jamaica Tallawahs – 7pm
   2. Guyana Amazon Warriors vs St Lucia Kings – 7pm
   3. Guyana Amazon Warriors vs Trinbago Knight Riders – 7pm
   4. Guyana Amazon Warriors vs Barbados Royals – 7pm
   5. Qualifier 1 – 1st vs 2nd

The specifics of the prizes will be determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution are permitted. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prizes or transfer/assignment of prizes to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

ALL PRIZES ARE GIVEN AWAY BY SPONSORS “AS IS.” THE SPONSORS DOES NOT MAKE AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT) WITH REGARD TO ANY PRIZE.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and are based on random selection.

7. Winner selection and notification:

1. Winners of the Ways to Win Contest will be notified online on or about September 2, 2022. Republic Bank Limited shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the designated collection period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. A photo ID of the winner is required for the collection of the prize. Winners must claim their prizes by: September 9, 2022.
2. Winners of the Game Predictions will be notified online on or about September 9, 2022. Republic Bank Limited shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the designated collection period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. A photo ID of the winner is required for the collection of the prize. Winners must claim their prizes by: September 12, 2022.

The winner’s receipt of the prize offered in the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, GAME AND/OR GIVEAWAY, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by you: By entering the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway you understand that the Sponsor, or anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway in its sole discretion if the weather does not permit, a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway. In such a case, the Sponsor may choose the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway or the website, or who violates these rules.

10. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest, Game and/or Giveaway or the processing of entries.

12. Disputes: THIS CONTEST, GAME AND/OR GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF GUYANA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, Game and/or Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, Game and/or Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Guyana having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Contest, Game and/or Giveaway), and participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Privacy Policy: Subject to the rights granted by participants within clause 8 of these Rules, information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor’s Facebook and Instagram sites. The Sponsor, Republic Bank Limited, reserves the right to alter any rules of any giveaway, including this Contest, Game and/or Giveaway at any time.
