One (1) form of Identification - valid Passport or Identification Card
Proof of Address – Driver’s Licence, or Utility Bill (Light, Water or Landline bill issued within the last 8 months)
Proof of Income – Job Letter/Payslip or Income & Expenditure Statement if self-employed
TIN Certificate - (also required for foreign nationals working in Guyana)
